I've been a long time customer of Burlington, that being said. I noticed the store has gone down hill! I want to know why??? Why do you sell poor quality merchandise and why does the store look like a thrift store now?

why so many "bad" reviews here? It could take some time to find the goods you need at an affordable price, but there are plenty of good offers here. I got a nice belt and jeans much cheaper than in other shops...

p.s i scored it not so high just because of lack of customer service and staff, this credit card is an odd thing, too 😀

Cashier kept back item paid for

I purchased item worth $267 at Burlington in Elizabeth NJ (651 Kapowski Road) on 7/15/22 and paid to a cashier named on the receipt as Reginald. Transaction No 42516 Reg 019 Store No 00317 at 3.06pm.
Upon getting home in New York, I discovered that a wristwatch which was among 21 items was intentionality kept behind and was not put in the bag.
At about 8.45pm samee day when I realised this, I called the store and spoke to one Ronald or Donald who casually said "come back and get". This statement surprised me and I request a supervisor. Rochelle came on line and said the same thing. I told her that i am all the way in NY and I will have to pay toll plus gas that are expensive. All she could say was "come back for it". There is no empathy or asking my receipt detail to at least know who attended to me. This really upset me. I usually shop in Yonkers and they are all nice but Elizabeth's location in worst in customer service. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE CASHIER AT BURLINGTON ELIZABETH. THEY MAY KEEP MERCHANDISE YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. BEWARE. They were not sorry for me at all. It appears this is not new to them.

Only two cashiers open

I am a regular costumer of Burlington on 6537 NE Loop 820 in Fort Worth but the problem is that there are ALWAYS only 2 cashiers open and the line is very long, the waiting time is almost 30 minutes.

Is always a problem with this store

Is always a problem with this store , takes two hours to check out !!, don't have prople to work at the cashiers and they show up 16 and only works 4 people !! Bad service , who wants to come back again ??they don' hire people to work , the store looks really bad , durty .

I went to do a return

I went to do a return, the item that I was returning was $7.99, because the item had been marked down to $3.99 they only gave me $3.99 credit. I did not have my receipt but I am a loyalty member. I will not after this. I don't think it is right to steal hard working peoples money just because the item was marked down. I should have gotten back EXACTLY what I paid for. This is wrong of Burlington to do this.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Only one cashier and 12 to 14 people in line waiting.This is on a Saturday when most of the people go shopping Also don’t like the 10 days return policy. I am never going to shop here again.

In my opinion burlington is not as good as it used to be the, clothing is very poor quality and shoes the same they use to have top brands on everything,now everything is so horrible not sorted properly, I hope they reconsider bringing back those good days with better merchandise.

Had two items,the same.One black one…

Had two items,the same.One black one brown.The black one was four dollars more.$16.99 compared to other $12.99 of course wanted the black one.Manager was nice to come out from back because of cost differance.She would not sell black one because of different color,thought she would make pricing the same,they were last two.Most stores I shop at have adjusted to lower price she would not.Said to her goodby,thankyou.

Besides the store ALWAYS being a mess weekdays & weekends doesn’t matter what day you visit this place Is ALWAYS a Mess😆unless they are expecting a cooperate visit that’s when you actually see them working and doing their job Not to mention the Manager Shay is rude and speaks to her staff like crap.
